Methodology
My work is tailor-made for each client, in order to address their specific needs, and I do not, for that reason, have a fixed methodology. However there are certain primary approaches I use:
- Mijnd Huijsers’s « Model of Freedom »
The “Model of Freedom” is an intercultural approach which helps clients to understand their cultural preferences and those of the people with whom they work. This model is very effective in improving the cooperation in global teams.
- Clean Coaching
Clean Coaching is a systemic approach developed by David Grove. The main goal is to help clients to find their own solutions, to access their own knowledge, and to provoke profound change.
- Transactional Analysis
TA, a theory of personality and communication, developed by Eric Berne, is a very powerful tool which is used to explain and understand the needs and behaviours of individuals and organizations from a psychological point of view.
- Situational Leadership
Situational Leadership, is a theory developed by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard. According to this approach there is no single “best” style of leadership. The most successful leaders are those that adapt their leadership style to the maturity of the individual or group they are attempting to lead/influence.
